E13 means water leak detected. Water has been detected in the base tray of the machine, which triggers the anti-flood switch.

- Unplug immediately. Tip the machine back about 45 degrees (two people) to let water out of the base tray.
- Dry the base, stand the machine up, and check the detergent drawer and door seal for visible leaks.
